Palmetto Properties is a mother and son team that began in 1999. Originally named Special Touch Vacations the company started out only renting oceanfront properties with a strong focus on insuring the best possible vacation experience for their guests.

In 2004 the company incorporated and changed names to Palmetto Properties of Myrtle Beach becoming a full service real estate office encompassing real estate sales, property management, and luxury vacation rentals. While maintaining a family atmosphere, the company has grown to over 30 sales agents, property managers, and staff.

Bio and Information

• grew up in Myrtle Beach and graduated from Socastee High School in 1991

• graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1995 with a degree in Criminal Justice

• worked for UPS in Columbia, SC as an Investigator for 6 years

• moved back "home" to Myrtle Beach in 1999 to start a real estate company with his mother

• serves on Ministry Council of Ignite Myrtle Beach as Treasurer and head of church security

• Partner and Vice President of Sheriff Home Improvements & Construction

• married to Nicole Young-Cline; they have 1 son - Colton Cline

• assists wife with her pediatric speech therapy clinic - Young Talkers

• enjoys surfing, outdoor activities, and all Gamecock sports
