Rental Rules

All reservations must be made by an adult that is at least 24 years old.
This person MUST occupy the rental unit during the entire length of the reservation.
No pets of any kind are allowed in our rental properties.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rental units. Please use the porches or balconies.
Each rental property has a maximum occupancy which must be observed.
The full rental balance must be paid at least 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation of a reservation 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of deposit and any rental monies paid.
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival date will forfeit the deposit and paid rental monies unless the property can be
re-rented. If the property can be re-rented, only the deposit will be forfeited and all paid rental monies will be refunded.
All rates and /or descriptions are subject to change.
We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, any tenant is detrimental to the property.

Rental Information

All payments should be made with a personal check or money order.
All confirmed reservations require a $300.00 security deposit, which will be refunded within 30 days of your departure if the house is left in satisfactory condition with no damages.
A 11% accommodations tax and $25 reservation fee will be added to the published rental rates.
"Check In" time is 3:00 pm or later and "Check Out" time is 10:00 am or earlier.
All of our rental properties are fully equipped, including all linens (bed, bath, & kitchen).
Only weekly rentals are available June - August. A three (3) night minimum stay is otherwise required.
Our properties are privately owned and reflect the tastes of the owner. We cannot make changes to the furnishings. Locked closets/rooms are absolutely not included in this rental.
We cannot guarantee the working order of any cooling / heating units or appliances. There will be no refund upon their failure. Units are kept in good working condition, any failure will be fixed as quickly as possible.
